My name is Linda Scoggin Anderson, and I am dual licensed in Oklahoma and Texas with more than 40 years of real estate experience. Since beginning my real estate career in 1983, I have helped buyers and sellers navigate changing markets while building a business based on trust, integrity, and referrals from satisfied clients.

As a fifth-generation resident of Southwestern Oklahoma, I have deep roots in this region and extensive knowledge of its history, heritage, land, and people. I have had the privilege of watching our rural communities grow and evolve while remaining grounded in the agricultural traditions that make this area special. Today, I proudly serve clients throughout Jackson, Greer, Harmon, Tillman, and Kiowa Counties, as well as North Texas communities surrounding Possum Kingdom Lake, Graham, Mineral Wells, Weatherford, and the Fort Worth area.

Real estate is more than a profession for me—it's a way of life. My family has been involved in the cattle industry for generations through cattle auctions, livestock hauling, and order buying. My husband, Paul, spent his career in the cattle business and recently retired from the Oklahoma National Stockyards in Oklahoma City. Together, we manage West Boggy Creek Ranch near Duke, Oklahoma, where we raise Black Angus cattle, Registered American Quarter Horses, and Registered Australian Shepherds.

Education has always been important to me. I am a graduate of Altus High School, Western Oklahoma State College, and Southwestern Oklahoma State University. I later earned certifications in Artificial Insemination and Ultrasound Technology through Iowa State University, further strengthening my understanding of livestock genetics and agricultural operations.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll likely find me spending time with our three children and nine grandchildren, working cattle, enjoying lake life, attending ranch and horse events, or supporting organizations such as the American Quarter Horse Association, Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association, and the American Kennel Club.

I believe buying or selling real estate should be an exciting experience, not a stressful one. Years of experience help me anticipate challenges before they become problems, and my negotiation skills help clients achieve the best possible outcome.
